Farm Manager – Bundaberg Region

We are seeking an experienced Farm Manager.

The right person will have previous experience overseeing all aspects of Farming Operations, specifically;

  • Support the Operations Manager with the overall coordination and execution of farming operations from Field work, Irrigation, Tractor Operations and Harvesting.
  • Continually monitor and improve effeciency of operational tasks.
  • Coach, mentor and positively lead small to medium sized teams.
  • Work with the support team of agronomist, work health and safety, human resources and finance.

Must have a current HR Licence.
Must have a clean driving record.
Must have Truck driving experience.
Must have worked in a delivery/pick up role.
Must be able to work independently and think on your feet.
Must be able to handle a fast paced and ever-changing requirement without stressing out.
Must be able to work rotational roster including nights and weekends (mainly harvest season).
