Farm Manager – Bundaberg Region

We are seeking an experienced Farm Manager.

The right person will have previous experience overseeing all aspects of Farming Operations, specifically;

  • Support the Operations Manager with the overall coordination and execution of farming operations from Fieldwork, Irrigation, Tractor Operations and Harvesting.
  • Continually monitor and improve the efficiency of operational tasks.
  • Coach, mentor and positively lead small to medium-sized teams.
  • Work with the support team of agronomists, work health and safety, human resources and finance.

Must be able to handle a fast paced and ever-changing requirement without stressing out.
Must be able to work rotational roster including nights and weekends (mainly harvest season).
