CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES
SORT FACILITY MANAGER – BUCCA QLD
Located at Bucca QLD, Wide Bay Sorting Facility will be the largest macadamia sorting and drying facility in Australia. First stage due to be completed and operational by early 2024, with the entire project due for completion in 2026.
This role provides the successful candidate a unique opportunity to work in a multifaceted role to manage the day to day operations of the sorting facility and to support the General Manager with the coordination and completion of the build project.
- Previous experience managing high-volume sorting, production and or processing facilities
- Previous experience working across all aspects of logistics and supply chain management
- Previous experience coordinating and communicating with diverse range of stakeholders and customers
- Previous experience coordinating and managing employees and contractors
- Previous experience working with technology, software and computers
- Ability to fault find and problem solve technical and mechanical problems
- Previous experience leading and managing small to medium teams of people
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills

Farm Manager – Bundaberg Region
We are seeking an experienced Farm Manager.
The right person will have previous experience overseeing all aspects of Farming Operations, specifically;
- Support the Operations Manager with the overall coordination and execution of farming operations from Field work, Irrigation, Tractor Operations and Harvesting.
- Continually monitor and improve effeciency of operational tasks.
- Coach, mentor and positively lead small to medium sized teams.
- Work with the support team of agronomist, work health and safety, human resources and finance.
